A clear roadmap for career progression!

With NTSprint you are responsible for your growth! We provide you with a Career Stage Profile with well-documented bands for you to move through. It defines career paths and key stages along a career path, performance expectations for each stage, and what it takes to get to the next stage.

Express Internship Program

The Intern is not part of NTSprint yet, and will be assigned simple features to work on in order to test the skills, discipline and culture.

It could take from 15 days to 3 months maximum depending on your previous experience and skills, with a minimum of paid salary. From this step you will jump directly to your current band

SDE

The engineer is responsible for a set of related features, or parts of a project that are well-known and well-defined. The work is mostly about executing, not creating new solutions.

SDE II

The engineer is expected to independently own an entire project that could be fairly complex. The engineer should be able to “figure things out” to come to a good end-to-end solution.

Senior SDE

The engineer is a technical leader who owns complex projects end to end, designs the solution and drives the implementation often helping other non-senior developers to achieve the common goal. Seniors own meetings with a fluent English, and standout communication skills with a clear projection.

Principal SDE

The member is expected to be a true technical leader and provide your group/division with technical directions at a strategic level and improve the team’s productivity or work quality by at least 10x. He/she can manage other Managers.

6 hours of coding

To avoid adding extra pressure in projects, the expectation is: 6 hours of actual coding a day. Family time is important in our culture. Our Engineers work from Monday to Friday.

Training Time and Certifications

Idle-Times (No Projects) can be used for training. Also, we offer our Engineers to get Online Certifications paying half of the cost.

Competitive Salary + Salary Bonus + Internet Costs

You will be paid twice a month depending on your Band in the Career Stage Profile. Once a month you will get a Bonus based on individual performance. NTSprint covers all internet costs.

Paid Vacations

From 1 to 3 weeks/year for vacations

Parental Leave (Parents)

Fathers could request 1 month and Mothers from 1 to 10 months to enjoy a maternity leave

Paid Illness

The Company will keep the Full Salary payment if the Engineer is sick
