HopeSync is a program designed to help organizations communicate with their customers regardless of their location.
HopeSync includes an educational, professional and relational video that deals with the concern of each client. The purpose is to allow the client to get all the information needed (educational), hear a doctor or counselor talk about the subject (professional) and experience the story of someone who has been through the same situation (relational). HopeSync helps organizations meet these needs on the devices their customers use the most; either inside the organization's facility or outside of it. It allows them to send content, text messages and videos to their client's phone number or email and create personalized content within the program. This was a challenging project from the beginning because our team needed to work hand by hand with the client’s dev team, understand the logic of the existing app and work in the integration of many new features like Chat Widget and Azure Services such as the Azure AI translator. At this point, real-time conversations can be carried out with clients in other languages and everything is done automatically.
