Project Details
Chat Widget was created as a Heritage House 76’ initiative to be installed in all HopeSync organizations.
Our development team started working on this initiative as a complement of the HopeSync Project. Each HopeSync organization will be able to set-up a widget on an ASPX page as an important step to draw clients. The widget pops up on the website when a client lands on it. Once the client clicks into the chat, it opens their texting app and the conversation is registered in the HopeSync account. Also, each organization can edit a variety of settings such as: color, texts, and position to use the chat widget as part of their brand. Achieving cross-browser and devices compatibilization was the most challenging feature for our dev team, but they were able to solve those issues and push live the project on time. So far, the chat widget is an on-going project in our company and the development team is working on improvements and new requests from our client.
